Cylinder Liner
Cylinder liners, also known as cylinder sleeves, are critical components of an engine that protect the pistons from wear and heat. They come in a variety of kinds, including cast-in liners, thin-wall dry liners, and wet liners, and are critical to engine integrity and performance. Some contemporary engines run without liners, although they may be rebored and installed with a dry liner during an overhaul. Cylinder liners, which are commonly composed of cast iron due to its wear-resistant qualities, are critical for engines, particularly in trucks and buses, to maintain durability and performance. With the move towards lighter engines, aluminium alloys are utilised for blocks, although cast iron liners are still chosen for their durability.
We manufacture large quantities of semi-finished and fully finished cylinder liners to meet the needs of various users in local and export markets. All of our cylinder liners are designed to meet the requirements of race and high-performance engines.
